This six-month program is about more than fertility—it’s about helping you feel aligned in your body, connected to your intuition, and ready for the next chapter of your life.

Radiant Roots is a gentle, holistic program for women preparing to conceive. It’s designed to help you:

- Receive guidance and care from leaders who truly understand this path
This program isn’t about doing more or feeling pressured—it’s about creating a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
What You’ll Experience in Radiant Roots
Radiant Roots is designed to meet you where you are and guide you step by step. Each month, you’ll gather in person with a small, supportive group of women, and stay connected between sessions through a private WhatsApp group, where you can share, ask questions, and celebrate wins.

Deeyana Baydala-Wilkins of Yin & Tonic Collective: Explore Traditional Chinese Medicine, honor your body’s natural cycles, and discover nurturing ways to support your fertility.
Katelyn Peden of Wildlight: Connect with your intuition through a group Reiki session and guided meditation, helping you feel centered, aligned, and calm.
Richel Brousseau of Hallowbone Collective: Participate in a women’s circle focused on conception care, reflect on your womb space, and experience gentle body work to align mind, body, and soul.
Stephanie Laniuk of Fieldside Fitness: Learn how movement and nutrition can support fertility, honor your cycles, and help your body feel ready for conception.
Elyse Brousseau of Embracing Motherhood: Reconnect with the power of community and nurture your nervous system through emotional regulation practices.
2. One-on-One Mini Consultations
Some sessions include personal time with the leaders—perfect for exploring what your body needs, asking your questions, and receiving guidance tailored just for you.
3. Reflection & Integration
You’ll receive journal prompts, reflection exercises, and mindset practices to help you integrate what you learn into your daily life. This program is about feeling it in your environment, body and heart, not just knowing it in your head.
4. Community & Support
The monthly in-person gatherings create space to connect, share, and celebrate together—but support doesn’t stop there. Throughout the month, our private WhatsApp group keeps you connected to your peers and the leaders, so you always have encouragement and guidance whenever you need it.

Every session comes with simple, actionable practices, lifestyle tips, and small habit adjustments you can start using right away—without overwhelm.

Applications are open October 17–27 and will be reviewed personally.
Once accepted, applicants will be contacted and added to the private WhatsApp group, where payment details will be shared.
Dates for in-person sessions will be chosen collectively via WhatsApp to ensure everyone can attend.
Refunds will not be issued if a member is unable to attend a session.
This course is ideal for the pregnant mother (or couple) seeking a course that brings informed decision making, intuition and empowerment all into one. We meet in community each week, over 5 weeks to delve into various topics to help you have an informed, empowered and confident birth experience. Whether you're seeking an un-medicated birth in a birth center, a hospital birth or a planned cesarean, this course covers all your options and helps you to go into it with more confidence.

This course is created with new parents and parents with children already at home. Birth partners are encouraged to attend all sessions, especially Week 3 as we specifically cover how partners can support the birthing woman.
